Embracing a New Beginning: Financial Resilience through Education and Employment

The conclusion of the 21st Century Financial Resilience through Education and Employment program marks a new beginning for trainers to share knowledge and guide individuals in developing financial strategies.

Two years ago marked the conclusion of the 21st Century Financial Resilience through Education and Employment program. This is not an end but rather a new beginning for us as trainers. We are now equipped to share knowledge, guide individuals through essential 21st-century skills, and help them develop their own strategies for saving, budgeting, and investing.

This transformative program took place at the World Learning Algeria center, supported by HSBC. Now, it is our responsibility to continue the mission of reaching 20,000 beneficiaries, strengthening the capacity of disadvantaged youth, and improving their budgeting skills.

The incredible mentors, with their high-quality teaching, made me feel like I was part of a new family. This program was a life-changing experience for me. I have gained a deeper understanding of myself, from my communication style to my creative potential. Moreover, I have learned to manage my money effectively, applying the methods taught in the program with great success.

Thanks to the support and inspiration from all the wonderful members, I have discovered that I am the charismatic personality of the group.

A special thank you to World Learning Algeria and HSBC for this opportunity. I am eagerly looking forward to wearing the mentor hat and sharing what I have learned with the apprentices I will soon teach.

Stay tuned! Exciting workshops filled with enthusiasm and motivation are on the way!
